"Kudos to all the front reception staff. A special thanks to Sphiwe for getting us into a comfortable suite. Not forgetting Zinhle who picked up on our communication on Expedia as the initial room was a bit smaller. She managed to upgrade us to a better, spacious room on the 2nd floor. We truly felt comfortable just like being back home. Keep up the good work."

" We loved the garden and it was handy for what we wanted. The pool was not cleaned and there were no sunbeds with cushions or an umbrella. The room was alright and the kitchen, shared, ok. The breakfast was very limited ,cereal ,yogurt and make your own toast and fruit juice. The whole place needs an update and the outside cushions were covered in cat hair."
