"Werkelijk een paradijs op aarde. De accommodaties zijn prachtig, het personeel super vriendelijk en de uitzichten fenomenaal! Het resort is buiten de toeristenregio gevestigd en doet veel in samenwerking met de lokale ondernemers en bewoners. Daarmee krijg je het authentieke Bali te zien"

2) Our room had all the curtains closed on arrival and boiling hot... No aircon in the lounge (family room)
3) To get to the family rooms, you need the hotel car. They only have one hotel car, so sometimes you are waiting ages
4) They went to fill the car up with petrol at 9.30am on a Sunday at peak time, so no car was avabile
5) There is no manager working on a Sunday
