"Fantastic hotel in a great location."

"Cosmetically the hotel was fine. The staff were friendly as well. However we had multiple issues including the power having to be reset, the key cards malfunctioning on our second day there, the telephone buttons to reception or room service not working, and the pretty bathtub that we couldn’t utilize because the drain plug didn’t work. They were going to charge us for calling the hotel for room service because we couldn’t get the buttons to work but guest services took it off."

"This is the most amazing hotel. The staff are delightful, the welcome drink we chose was a very nice white wine from the local area. The hotel has a metro card ready for you to take to travel into the city. The pool was cool but the views amazing. The room was out of this world. His and hers showers. A sofa. A huge bed. The food in the bar was great and the breakfast was very well stocked. We would have got rid of the canned background music, covers of pop songs was less than exciting for such a...

"Actually the hotel notified in advance that they were having problems so had moved us to Hotel Ercilla, a sister property but more upscale. I recommend it. "
