"I found for the price there were a few disappointments. The server we had in the restaurant (the “famous” one by the lobby entrance) was quite disorganized, getting much of our order wrong or just not listening. The room for the price was way over priced. Crappy view on top of the air conditioning ducts outside our window. TV was way too small for how far the bed was from the screen. No late checkout!!! Though in the end they did give us a half hour. When you check in at 5:00 (4:00 check in)...

"I expect staff to respond to my requests within a couple of hours . I shouldn’t have to request 3 times to get 2 extra coffee"

"Room was nice. You could tell it was updated. My order of desert...the cast iron chocolate chip cookie was burt and hard as a rock. I ordered it to go 10 minutes before the kitchen closed. It was a total waste of $15"
