"Having stayed at other 5 star hotels in Spain, let down here was the inattentive and dismissive demeanor of staff (except for Alex, who was wonderful) and the pool being an additional cost to access, which was not outlined during booking. The hotel was clean and in a great location, the rooms were spacious and maintained. Finally the exec team meeting that occurs in the breakfast buffet I would suggest is done when breakfast is concluded instead of blocking people’s access with no self awareness...

"Actually the hotel notified in advance that they were having problems so had moved us to Hotel Ercilla, a sister property but more upscale. I recommend it. "
