"I’d be hard pressed to think of a better stay in Cambodia than this hotel. The facilities were cute and engaging, one of the most comfortable rooms I’ve had in a long time. The staff was simply rockstar level, with full attention to your every need. (Special shoutout to Moom) The complementary breakfast had a very nice selection options and the food was quite delicious. Finally, the restaurant setting, with scenic views of the river, was perfect."
"이 호텔에서 2박을 하면서 여러 가지 불편함을 겪었습니다. 숙박을 고려하시는 분들께 도움이 되기를 바라는 마음으로 솔직하게 후기를 남깁니다.
먼저 호텔이 편의점이나 식당 등 주변 편의시설이 거의 없는 외진 곳에 위치해 있어 차량이 없으면 매우 불편합니다. 간단한 음료나 생필품을 구입하기도 쉽지 않기 때문에 투숙 전 필요한 물품을 미리 준비하는 것이 좋습니다.
객실 시설도 만족스럽지 못했습니다. 에어컨 조작 시스템이 지나치게 복잡하고 컨트롤러의 사용 방법도 직관적이지 않아 원하는 온도로 조절하기가 어려워 결국 감기가 걸리고 말았습니다.
욕실에 설치된 월풀 역시 정상적인 기능을 이용하기 어려운 상태여서 사실상 사용할 수 없었습니다.
조식 운영 방식도 아쉬웠습니다. 투숙객이 많을 때는 뷔페식으로 제공되지만, 손님이 적을 때는 단품을 주문하는 방식으로 바뀌는 것 같습니다. 뷔페로 운영될 때도 음식의 종류와 구성이 많이 부족했는데, 단품 주문 방식일 때는 선택할 수 있는 메뉴가 더욱...
