"Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view...

"The listing for this apartment hotel was misleading. It said that it has Spa Facilities and swimming pool but it did not. There was such in nearby building in another hotel with similar name that charged extra 43 eur and said they have nothing to do with Flora Daisy"

"Staff at reception welcomed us while chewing. Decent sized room, but it was 26,5C in there - when called reception was told air conditioning is not working yet. Night was quite unpleasant, as on top of no air con, ventilation was also missing (both in the room and in the bathroom). Spa experience was also disappointing- one of the 2 pools was not open. The jacuzzi was not clean (visible floating all kind of things). The steam bath was making a loud noise at times. Cold water „pool“ was filled...
