"Staff were extremely pleasant and generally very helpful, although offers of help were sometimes not followed through on (actuallyreturning with a requested 2nd cup of coffee, blanket, etc). Important for travelers to recognize that this is a decidedly kid – friendly resort. This can be a positive or negative thing since things can get pretty chaotic and noisy, particularly in the dining areas at meal time. If you’re looking for a little less chaotic atmosphere it might be worth checking out...

"Very happy with the service & staff at this hotel!"

"Hotel is beautiful. Its exactly what you’d expect to find in Greece. Staff was nice and helpful. Reason for 3 stars: The room was very spacious but cheaply built. The flooring was creaking and would flex a lot. The shower was emitting a mold smell and upon closer inspection, there was mold all along the perimeter of the shower. I hate to call out such a nice hotel however this may be a big issue with a certain crowd. I hope they take this into consideration for future tenants. Beyond these 2...

"We had an incredible time! The team helped us book activities, suggested plans based on our interests, were extremely kind and welcoming and the room and amenities were spectacular. To top it off the food was incredible! The breakfast greek yogurt with fruit and granola was my favorite ever. We cant wait to go back!"

"Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Leider ist in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich, dass die günstigste Zimmerkategorie ggf. kein Fenster besitzt. Nach einem kurzen Gespräch mit der Rezeption wurden wir aber nach einer Nacht kostenfrei umgezogen und hatten dann ein Zimmer mit Balkon."

"Very nice boutique hotel. Definitely worth and will come back."

"Super"

"Great hotel with amazing amenities. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s walking distance from the city centre."

"Charming property ideally located for exploring the old town. On arrival it was a short walk from the taxi through the pedestrian streets but a member of staff was waiting to guide us and assist with the bags. It was October and the main restaurant was only open for breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants very nearby."

"Very nice hotel and extremely friendly and attentive staff. Perfect location. Thank you"

"Everything was great. Food and Drink were amazing. Staff were really friendly and helpful"

"Hotel super , dank aan Martha, Kiki de kokkin, kiki en Mary van receptie en de poetsdames 🙏💐 Wat betreft expedia “never again” slechte service, je kan evengoed alles zelf boeken. Mijn laatste keer met expedia!!! Neem zeker geen taxi bij hen , veel te duur. Boek je vlucht apart want je moet toch alles zelf regelen etc"
