"We always enjoy the uniqueness of the place. Its location is great and the facilities are also good. We noticed an obvious uplift in food quality this year. "
"Everything was very clean, great facilities, good selection of food. The only improvement would be the bed in the room. We stayed in 804 and the mattress was so worn it had dips in it which made for an uncomfortable sleep."
"The property is priced at the high end for this town, while it provides a run-down facility and mediocre hygiene. The in-room amenities barely work and carry the marks of many years of service, the towels have stains, and judging by the dates on the product labels of the equipment, the room we stayed in has not been refitted in at least 13 years.
This was the worst spent 150 eur per night!"
"Good breakfast, nice pool area. Staff has to work on a "customer-first" attitude. The hotel is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants and feels a bit too remote off season. There was also a building site next door. It's worth booking mountain view for a better experience."
"The listing for this apartment hotel was misleading. It said that it has Spa Facilities and swimming pool but it did not. There was such in nearby building in another hotel with similar name that charged extra 43 eur and said they have nothing to do with Flora Daisy"
"Toilet not flushing, mould on the walls, 2nd room didn’t even have a bed, it was a fold out couch from last century, not possible to put any items from the bar on the room, reception tried to charge us for the night which we had paid for online"
"Very family oriented hotel. Friendly staff. Organized activities for the children. The SPA Center itself is not as large as in other hotels in the city, however it was very clean. I would have loved if there was a hot pool outside, but still, when it comes to value for money for the HB offer we used, it was superb."
