"Everything was so clean and nice! Would stay again for sure!"

"We had such a wonderful visit at Graceland guest house. From the moment we parked the gentleman named Jon who is there for Valley? Parking was great. He gave us so many suggestions of what to do and where to go. Having the shuttle to take us over to the Graceland mansion was wonderful. And then we headed down to Beale Street and had dinner at the B.B. King restaurant where we enjoyed some wonderful jazz and soul music the next morning we were checking out, but we had the opportunity to walk...

"Room was clean, restaurant was good, and the employees were very helpful."

"customer service is not great! the gentleman that checked me in was super friendly but not go over the $200 hold on my debit card. Would have been nice to disclose that being such a large amount to hold. the female that check me out had an attitude not friendly, I would say, I would not recommend to friends. we actually stayed at the Marriot Friday, price was half what we paid the the Westin and customer service way greater."

"I loved everything!"

"Great stay for a few days in Memphis! Location was easy access to Beale Street, the river front, Bass Pro, the Peabody Hotel, restaurants and a great little market. We walked everywhere except for a trip to Graceland. Very secure as well. Everything was clean and spacious. Our unit was directly under the laundry so a bit noisy at times but we just used ear plugs if we were going to sleep."
