"Breakfast was good. I was charged twice for my stay, not happy about it. Sent a message to the hotel, no reply"

"We live staying at this hotel, and have done several times so we know every room virtually. Room wasn’t clean this time, it smelt fusty and there was a hair slide on the floor - whe. Was the last vacuum conducted. The lovely family (noisy) across the landing thought it a good idea to dump all their dirty plates and glasses outside room - bless them. That mess was still there the following morning despite cleaners transiting past. The flusher in the toilet is fire, stated it before the hotel...

"Spa was excellent I had a room in The Paddocks and (as a single female) felt quite vulnerable on the 5 minute walk to and from the main building behind quite a tall hedge. Also my room wasn’t made up prior to the second night. The Poolside was lovely, staff were great and food/bar area all as expected. Will visit again (but ensure I’d be staying in the main building). "

"The staff were very welcoming and polite. There is ample parking. We stayed in a suite which was spacious, clean and had good amenities. There is a good sized swimming pool which has allocated children hours. There was a good selection at breakfast and you can also order off a menu too. The restaurant also provided a good selection for dinner. The hotel is in a good location and a short uber ride from Oxford city centre. "

"I stay here quite often to visit my family so very convenient for me. Has got better each time I go. Room was clean. Pillows uncomfortable in my opinion. Bed was comfy. Didn't try the breakfast."
