"Excellent and convenient location, five minute drive from the main part of Santiago. If you’re renting a car, this is one of the few hotels with abundant parking on site that is free. 10 minute drive to the airport. Super quiet and clean. Highly recommended."
"Staff in the bar were rushed off their feet. We had to wait a long time to order dinner and then a long time for it to arrive. They then tried to charge us for a different tables drinks which came to over 130 euros but our whole bill was only around 30! We wouldn’t order dinner there again but the setting was nice and parking was easy enough. The towels were soft and the bed was comfortable. The pool was quite busy even at 8pm."
"We had booked the place in advance and were cancelled a few hours after our time to check in while we were en route. The excuse was maintenance issue, however, it was our understanding that they had double booked the space and gave the space to the first people arriving. We had to scramble and find another place late at night. Not reliable and wouldn't recommend making plans here unless you have flexibility and don't mind being cancelled."
"The staff was wonderful;, and we were allowed to have our dog on the patio at the cafeteria. The shower size was ample and the pressure was about the best I have seen, There was also a REAL, FULL SIZE blow dryer! The room was a nice size."
