"We had a wonderful stay overall! The hotel and gardens are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing—everything from cooked-to-order omelettes, bacon, and eggs to fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and fresh juices in a lovely, fresh setting. The spa facilities (indoor pool, sauna, massages) looked top-notch. Location is ideal, just steps from Riva del Garda's old town. My only critique is that the rooms felt small and quite...
"This is a very well appointed hotel right on the edge of Lake Garda, set in the heart of Torbole. It is a great base to explore the area from, there is a bus stop almost outside the hotel and the ferry stops a couple of minutes walk down the road. It is very comfortable, the staff are lovely and it has excellent facilities. Breakfast over looking the lake is a real treat. I would recommend eating there for an evening meal at least once. The food is exquisite. Overall we loved our time there and...
"The hotel is very dated. The bedding is terrible polyester material. The breakfast was limited. The staff was nice for what the property offered. The best part is the view and location. The shuttle to the ferry station is not free, just 1.50€ but still it’s not disclosed. Lake Garda is beautiful but I probably won’t stay at this location again."
"Loved our stay here, we wished we had an extra night. Free bike rental and bus card, huge breakfast buffet, small buffet from 5-7 before supper, super friendly staff, great area! Facilities were spotless, pool was heated. 10/10 would recommend this stay! Also right across from the best gelato I’ve had in my entire life"
"Good location. Parking logistics are a bit challenging. Would have been good to have known parking logistics and checking logistics with a car prior."
"I wouldn’t say this was a 4 star hotel, breakfast not great, pool tiny & cold, steam room small & smells funny. The room was very basic, not a great bathroom but we were given a disabled room.
Positives were free bike hire & location."
