"This hotel was huge. It seemed really nice upon entering. I did not like how their doorman forced himself to help us when we first got there. We didn’t even get a second to ourselves to discuss what we wanted to take up to our room. But he insisted we couldn’t use their luggage cart without him because “residents take too long with the carts” aka they want you to be spending more money to tip them. This rubbed me the wrong way.
