"Staff was not helpful at all. I went there with kids and they gave me smoking rooms . Kids were almost throwing up . When I requested they said all rooms were sold Out and they can’t move me but online when I try to book , rooms are still available. Wash basin in bath room not working and shower head in our room was terrible. AC is not working properly. Casino also have limited tables. Over all we had bad experience."

"There needs to be upgrades made. Having resort fees should d waived too when your outdoor poor isn’t available due to maintenance. Fire pit needs to he fixed- all you smell is gas and basically no flame. We let the front desk know.. first night and still was not then care if all weekend."

"The hotel and check in staff were wonderful. My room was clean and included water and tea/coffee. Disappointing that we were not offered warm cookies at check in or check out and had to ask for them! Housekeeping was short staffed and our room wasn't cleaned until late in the day. This made it difficult to dress and prepare for appointments we needed to get to. Breakfast should be included with your stay. $19.95 was just too much for bacon, eggs and french toast!"

"The staff, particularly front desk and housekeeping were unhelpful and at times difficult. The place was empty on a Friday afternoon, but they make you wait until exactly 4pm to check in- they couldn't even be a little helpful and accommodating. We requested a rollaway bed for the room- it took 4 hours and at least 5 phone calls. It just didnt seem as if the staff wanted to be helpful. It is as if the word "concierge" doesn't exist, and I don't remember it being that way in the past."
