"We thought we had booked an excellent hotel till there was a glitch about servicing our room.
The issue was remedied by the staff as best as they could. But the disappointment about their services cannot be undone. They were extremely apologetic and even offered us free breakfast plus a bottle of red wine n chocs t make up for the inconveniences.
It was unfortunate that the cleaning staff let them down and we were the casualties.
All being said this is a very centrally located hotel."
"The location is perfect, close to the airport and train station right next. Very spacious and terrific beds in the room. The free breakfast was elaborate and they even have a on site spa with reasonable prices. Highly recommended."
"Only stayed for the night, was able to check in early and was a smooth check in process.
Room was comfortable, a bit dated but no issues. Shower could maybe use some tlc.
Room doors are extremely loud when closing, was woken numerous times through the night by doors closing.
A bit of a commute to the main area of Prague but transport was easy."
"Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Wall in the rooms are not soundproof at all which is a surprise because I thought that was listed that they were soundproofed. Our neighbouring room woke us up one morning with them talking.
Water pressure in the shower was very weak, to the point where it ask it difficult to shower. This was on the 4th floor. Unsure if all rooms are like this. No electrical outlets"
"Excellent location. The property was in excellent condition. Very clean and super convenient to Everything! Great Communication. The team is very responsive and friendly. I would stay here again"
