"Despite being a dog-friendly hotel, it was clean. There were also no hairs whatsoever under rhe bedsheets on arrival. There was some wear and tear, such as a broken bedside table drawer which had been glued together poorly, some wear and tear in the bathroom, on wardrobes. "Beautiful location for this really special place to stay. We had two night here. Although we didn’t have great weather, it hardly altered as the hotel has lots of cosy places to sit and look out on the truly stunning gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Thank you to whoever found my husbands watch and called us so we were not too far away to come back for it! Another highlight is the hotel’s own soap products which smell amazing and are available to buy. Sadly they had run out...

"Staff could not have been more professional and helpful, a real credit to the property. Well located close to Falmouth, plenty of parking. "Tastefully decorated townhouse on quiet road a few minutes walk from Truro town centre, with off-street parking. Immaculately clean, with a wide selection of cold buffet breakfast. Spacious bedroom and en suite. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and a refreshment room for use throughout the day for teas and coffees. Homemade cake was a nice extra touch - an delicious.
