"What a stunning resort ... One of a kind. The beach and pool terraced area were like no other place we had experienced. The staff was even more beautiful than the resort. They were very attentive, friendly and treated us like family and took care of our granddaughter like their own. The beach attendant even offered to fill our baby pool with fresh water? Finally, the food was fresh and delicious. Would go back again and highly recommend."

"Excellent place to stay especially for families with young children. Employees are kind and staff is amazing. Clean and well maintained. Only comment I would suggest is to have music during the day and to play Italian music as we had mostly English music."

"We can’t speak highly enough about our three-night stay at UNA Palace Catania! We chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and felt spoiled from the moment we arrived. The check-in was easy and the staff very welcoming, and the dining at the Etnea Rooftop restaurant was plentiful and delicious (both dinner and breakfasts). Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony view of Etna. Centrally located, we found it easy to navigate our way to local sights and we appreciated the ZTL...

"The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Our room had a beautiful view and was spacious for us as a family of four but there was a smell coming from the the room that unfortunately, even after the staff tried resolving the problem - it didn’t go away!"
