We liked the property very much. The rooms were clean and amenities were well provided. The management kept the property and landscape in immaculate condition. The food was well done. We stayed there for four nights and everything went well.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, and every area of the hotel reflected excellent upkeep and attention to detail. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff and management. We really enjoyed our stay at Reen resorts. The Resort truly feels like so relaxing.

The views from the room were incredible

SpiceTree was glorious! Beautifull setting located in the tea plantations overlooking the mountains. Well designed and considered design of hotel for the location. Exceptional service and food. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Shalimar Spice Garden was the highlight of our time in South India--we only wish we had booked more than just two nights! The setting is idyllic, the staff is lovely, the food is delicious, and overall it is an island of beauty and serenity. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

Good

Beautiful location and grounds, good food and staff. The sound proofing is a little spotty in the rooms but otherwise wonderful

An extremely long drive ended at the hotel's cobbled stone driveway at midnight, continuously guided politely by Jobin who also welcomed us with a happy smile.More than us,the sigh of relief was on his face. A beautiful wooden bridge led us to our space giving a feeling of an upscale, romantic atmosphere with beautiful white walls, identically vaulted ceilings and tastefully crafted Victorian interiors with French doors, windows that spilled to a wraparound deck. 1) Great location - away from city center 2) Only 6 rooms and the staff gave personalized service and attention 3) Hotel restaurant's food was excellent - again they were able to customize the food - our son is allergic to tree nuts and they took care of that very well 4) If you are looking for constant and high speed connectivity to internet, that could be problem

The resort was really great and the Spa was excellent. Had great food and great service.

Building and Decor

The location is phenomenal and views are nice. Very peaceful. The food is lousy as its just north Indian mainly for dinner and I didn't come to kerala and not try local food. Was a very big let down.

All staff is friendly and good. Hospitality worked very well and food tasty and 😋. Thanks shola crown members.

Stunning property and amazing staff!

The resort is very tranquil and place is very serene and beautiful

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. It’s a wonderful place with great staff and excellent customer service. I would like to mention Vijisha, Jibin, Anagha and Madhan who attended us and made our stay very enjoyable. They ensured everything was great and took care of every little detail. We would rate 10 / 10 in all aspects. We would definitely come back and highly recommended hotel if anyone coming to Thekkady!
