"The check in receptionist Annmarie was very helpful as was the lady at the guest service desk.
Also all other staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only complaint we have is that the hair dryer in our room did not function very well. I am sure that it will be fixed."
"Good location but a good 2 mile walk to old town. Nice restaurants in area. Lovely entertainment nightly at hotel bar area.included breakfast was ok. Overall a good stay. Balcony had beautiful views of the hills (not water views)"

What made the stay were the staff, both at reception and in the cafe. They were all extremely helpful and friendly to deal with.
The breakfast buffet is excellent.
Outside dining is a pleasant space, but perhaps a barrier between the pool and the eating area is required.

"We had a wonderful stay at Dubrovnik Luxury Residence – L’Orangerie. The reception lady was super helpful and kind, and she went above and beyond to help us with parking and show us around the unit when we arrived.
The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was excellent. It’s conveniently close to the bus, making it easy to get around, and there are also some great spots nearby for swimming at the beach.

"الاقامه كانت في مبنى قديم ملحق بالفندق المبنى الرئيسي من الخارج يبدو جيد ولاكن مدخل الفندق والاستقبال جدا قديم
الغرفه كانت اثاثها غريب وغير جميل لاتشبه الفنادق ابدا والسرير كوين ولاكن المرتبة مفصوله وغير ثابته حيث تنزلق وتوجد فراغ واسع بين المرتبتين والانترنت لايصل الى هذا الجزء من الفندق يميز الفندق وجود مواقف للسيارات و قريب من ممشى ملى بالمطاعم والمقاهي وقريب ايضا من البحر
