"Overall, a disappointment. We've stayed at the Island Grand before and it was fantastic. The Rumfish, no so much. 1. We did not get the upgraded villa we reserved and paid for, because "none were available". No compensation. 2. There was no hot water for 2 of our 5 days, due to maintenance on another unit. 3. Paying for parking on-line was a hassle and getting help was challenging because "it's a new system. " 4. The gift shop doesn't open until 3pm?? 5. Rumfish is just a beach hotel. The...

"I did not like the 100 plus in extra resort and parking fees not included in your rates. Place was nice but worn looking"

"Wonderful staff overall the lady that checked us in was super sweet but could’ve been a bit more informative but overall 9/10 experience"

"The staff at Hotel Zamora were fabulous! From the kitchen staff (forgot her name) and Shannon loaning us a veggie scraper to William and Rachel (?) as breakfast Wait Staff, and Angela (I think) at the front desk, everyone was the best! I love love love the art on the walls, too!!!"

"Hotel is recently renovated with an upscale vibe. Room was very nice but on the small side. Amazingly convenient to walk from your room to the beach. The pool was warm, clean and relaxing. Sandrop restaurant was very good. Slightly disappointed that the beach bar is down for renovation and under construction says returning 2026 but seems to be far away from completion. With your room you have access to use the beach chairs but be aware the front row requires a food/drink minimum to use although...

"Such a beautiful place!!! My only recommendation is they need to lock the gates at the pool! We left at 3:30 am and there were 3 people swimming in the pool… they took off running away when they saw us, so definitely not guests!!! The property is so beautiful and well cared for that I’d hate to see someone destroy something!"

"The room was fine, very clean, nothing to complain about. There was a strange TV setup: a Spectrum box with unplugged HDMI cable, a Bose soundbar with a missing battery and a missing remote lid and a modest TV. I had to spend some time to be able to watch the world cup. There is no balcony, but we used handrails of the passage inside the building to dry our swim clothes. The nearest beach is within 5 minutes walk, but the beach is really nice. We'll be happy to come back to this place again."

"We love this condo and the area. This is the second time we have stayed in this complex and plan to be back this fall. "
