"Fantastic staff"

"The hotel is a few streets back from the main Qawra tourist areas. The Reception area was quite dark. On approaching the hotel there's no signage to indicate where the reception desk is (on you left behind you as you walk in) I mentioned it being dark and they put a few lights on but it was still gloomy. The hotel needs modernising. It doesn't look like much has changed since it was built The room was clean the bed comfortable. There wasn't any bottled water in the room, most 4 star hotels in...

"Das neuen Schwimmbad (pool) war nicht mein Ding."

"From the moment we arrived the Hosts kept in touch with us when we needed them and we're great. The Apartment is spacious, balcony either end, we had 2 bedrooms, shower room, large kitchen diner and lounge area, lift that worked, great shop nearby, and you can see the sea. the Square is nearby, great restaurants, a few pubs, takeaways, shops. Bus stops nearby as are lots of boats in the nearby Bay, including the Fast Ferry Boat to Gozo. 4 minutes walk to the seaside. We got our deposit...

"Not enough towels were provided, the communication through the app was terrible, but they did answer phone calls. After asking a couple of times for enough towels, we still never received them. Half the AC remotes didn’t work. The place was nice and the view beautiful, but don’t expect anything from the host if you need it. You’re on your own."

"Insgesamt hat es mir sehr gefallen. Paar Sachen könnte ich vielleicht Mängeln wie kaputte Bügel oder sehr billigen wasserkocher schwer zu bedienen war ohne Wasser zu verschütteln. Müll Trennung ohne ausreichende beutel und andere kleine Mängel die schnell aufgehoben werden können. Alessandro und Ruth sind super. Sehr hilfsbereit "

"We had a nice 8th floor sea view, a "proper" kitchen & Aircon that was very efficient. It was a great base for our first trip to Malta. Interaction with the managers was easy, fast & efficient. I would definitely recommend & visit again if back in Malta."

"Perfect view of the Bay. Close to everything. Upon checkin, the owners answered all my questions about the surrounding area. Noticed a bulb was out in one of the lamps. Went to dinner and came back was fixed. The owners are outstanding!"

"Accommodation and check in were great! Balcony gets sun in the afternoon and the view is great. Facilities all work as expected and when you messaged the staff they replied quickly. ."

"Very well equipped, had everything we needed and more. Gret space, lovely balcony and harbour view. Quite location."
