"Property was well maintained and perfect location for tourists wanting to explore the city train stop is right in front of the hotel. Train was a great way to explore the city and less expensive hint use the daily pass saves you money on the long run."
"Hotel was good but one thing spoilt the stay
There is a fairly high lip of say 2inches leading into the bathrooms. This caused my 88 year old mother in law to fall rather badly. Poor design.
Why have any lip?"
"Possible 5* but for the parking garage. The room, dining facilities, staff were all excellent. There was even an ice machine on our floor. The breakfast buffet was one of the best, if not best hotel buffet spread/layout we’ve ever experienced. Heated flooring in the bathroom was a nice touch. The location of the hotel made experiencing the city easy. I just wish the garage wasn’t so cramped. Luckily we rented a compact car. If we ever go back to Helsinki, we would stay here again"
"Wonderful experience at the Klaus K! My room was perfect and spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was really good as well. The staff were very nice and helpful with all questions. The only suggestion I have for improvement is that in my particular room, the TV should be raised up about two feet so it can be seen better from the bed. Also, it would have been nice to get one complimentary bottle of water. When I checked out I grabbed a water and was charged 3 euros which I felt...
