"This hotel was so much better in person than it looked online. The rooms were large and we had a balcony with outdoor seating. The staff were very nice and helpful, the air conditioning worked well which was appreciated as it was very hot while we were there. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The location was central to everything. Maybe not perfect for people with mobility issues, as there are some stairs to negotiate here and there, but that is true of many hotels in historic areas."
"Upon checking we were greeted by a lovely lady that gave great instructions on parking and use of the spa. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The thermal spa was very nice as we arrived after 10 pm after a long drive from Sorrento. We were able to relax and enjoy the water until midnight. "Ottimo hotel e personale molto gentile e professionale. Letto comodissimo e climatizzazione perfetta. L'unica pecca riscontrata è la piscina che presenta sul fondo parti scrostate e le sedute imbottite delle sedie che sono da ripristinare in quanto ci si sprofonda.

"Hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese, dotato di ampio parcheggio. Bello l'ingresso dove si è accolti da personale cortese e preparato. La struttura è pulita, silenziosa e confortevole. In camera avevamo l'idromassaggio e il bagno turco. La vasca con l'idromassaggio, dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro con più di 40 gradi, ci ha rigenerati. Ottimo il ristorante dove abbiamo cenato davvero bene. Rimanendo una sola notte, non abbiamo provato la Spa, peccato. Se passate da Castel del Piano...

This is a mobile home, so everything is small but in good conditions.
Staff is friendly but the major problem was that they want you to pay extra all the bed sheets and towels.
With a family of 5 this ended up to 120 euros (!)
