"The castle was amazing and very charming. We loved staying in such a historic place. Everything was clean, well maintained and cared for. Our check in was a disaster because we arrived at 8 pm and there was no staff available to help us. We had not received the email communication to finalize our registration prior to our arrival."
"It seems to be a hotel for elderly disabled people, who need special treatment like Spa therapie etc.
Rooms are acceptable and quite. Food (dinner & breakfast) is included in the room price and served as a buttet and include good and healthy food. If for business trip then choose a hotel in Lasko city if available "
