"Une nuit pour le travail Très bien Proche aéroport Petit dej fournit Clim"

"Not a 4 star , I would give it a 3 star, staff were ok and tried to help if they could, some could not speak English or Greek which was a bit difficult. Breakfast was very poor after 2 mornings I stopped going, I went to a local bakery, room furniture and garden furniture very poor and needs updating. Swimming pool very shabby. Reception area floor coming up and so a bit dangerous as people were tripping over it. Building works going on at front of hotel and so you need to by the back which...

"Pool and restaurant were shut during our stay"

"كل شيئ جميل لكن اذا كنت ترتدي الحجاب زوجتك يجب ان تتعرض كثيرا للسؤال ما هو رقم غرفتك شيف تقديم الافطار سيئة جدا "

"Welcoming & friendly staff"

"We've stayed at LIV properties in the past. City Suites and Mackenzie. LIV Urban seems to have less care for it and slightly run down. The rooms are dirty, mostly the toilets with a lingering smell. There's also a stench in the lifts and hallways. The service at Mackenzie and the now closed City Suites were much better than Urban."

"Älskade vistelsen på White city! Det är fullutrustade lägenheter med det som behövs för att du ska känna dig som hemma. Lägenheterna är fräscha och personalen alltid hjälpsamma och serviceminded. Nära till minimarket, restauranger och shoppinggatan. "

"Nice hotel, very clean and excellent location on the beach."

"Delightful village location. Easy parking, excellent staff but property just needs a little uplift, (a coat of paint would do it and maybe some tiles replaced in swimming pool). Room was spotless, cleaned daily. All staff were very helpful to provide anything we needed. A pleasure to stay here, hopefully we will be back."

"We had rooms that faced the pool. We'd requested interconnected rooms but this wasn't noted. Staff were friendly. We'd opted for a b&b option. Alot of Brits here on an all inclusive option. Sun beds were all gone by 9am as everyone had blocked them which was annoying. Evening entertainment was available if you are into that. Breakfast had a few options. Staff very friendly in the restaurant. Hotel is quite a bit out of limassol. You couldn't walk into the town."
