"The hotel was fine, and close to the Old Town. The breakfasts were good with a large variety of food. Our room was sufficient for our needs. However, we had an incident that spoiled our arrival and left me with a negative feeling.
I didn't know the availability of transportation at night from the airport, so I arranged with the hotel to send us a car and driver to pick us up after we arrived. Our flight from Athens was delayed approximately 30 minutes, however some of that delay was recovered...
"The hotel is situated on large grounds among other hotels, trees and paths, some stores and restaurants in a setting that makes you feel you are in a village. However, the hotel is luxurious and very close the Mediterranean beach. I was there for a conference. I highly recommend it!"
"Aside from the initial contact that we had at reception, the staff was not that welcoming. We also had a couple of concerns about our room. One is there was a leak on our terrace that had been going on for some time from the pool area above. We pulled up the turf and the concrete underneath was covered in a black residue and there had been no rain there for months. We accidentally spilled something on the floor and so we ripped it up with the bath mat and the bath mat was v dirty which made us...
"Big rooms, lovely fresh look and scenery from the room. Breakfast is so limited and kitchen staff not friendly or welcoming to guests. No trash disposal on site except for ur room.
Just minus the hospitality section, this is a great hotel to stay with convenient public transit and some great restaurants nearby. Giving it 5 stars."
"The room was not what we expected. Should have been a room with an ocean view but view was only partial to the far right. No coffee in the room. Absolutely no place to put luggage. Luggage assistance didn’t exist until a nice staff member directed us to a luggage lift. We left 2 days early and requested a partial refund but thus far none has been given. Restaurant was crowded with bus travelers."
"Very friendly front desk and all other hotel staff. The young lady who was working evening shift on October 5th at the restaurant was so kind , professional and helpful. I arrived around 2130 from the airport due to flight delays..etc was astonishing , she made sure I have food even there was only couple minutes left to close the restaurant. So THANK YOU. Also the front desk staff all 5 stars. Very friendly, and always answered my questions with patients and smiles.
The hotel location is...
"Lovely view and very centric! Lots of small beaches and restaurants nearby. Staff was very nice and helpful with making my check in and check out smooth. The wellness center was amazing, and I was surprised to find such great quality and variety of equipment in their gym. Overall, wonderful experience."
