"If you are traveling to Yokohama this is the place to stay. We arrived about 10:30 PM after more than 20 hours of traveling. The staff were so friendly, greeted us with smiles at the door and took our luggage to our room. Our room was spotless and there was plenty of room to unwind. "Absolutely stunning hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and extremely attentive. They represent the hotel very well.
