"The day shift staff was rude! No one informed us about what our stay package included No toilet paper in the bathroom We were informed breakfast was free because it was included in what we paid for! The manager was understanding and great! And made things right! Make sure you ask all the questions Oh and water isn’t free even tho I was given free bottles of water the night prior They don’t take medical disabilities into account just get told you have faucet water in your room Very...

"The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. Our stay was great with the only issue being the WiFi password (kind of a minor issue) but we got immediate responses to our email about that. Would definitely use this suite again."

"Clean & updated, lots of room "

Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. At no time did we discuss or suggest we were having a get together and our...
