"We tried not to nitpick as hotel is new. But by the end of our 4 nights stay, we were really disappointed. This is not an establishment living up to Accor standard.
Just some of the things that did not go down well:
1) We found hair twice - once on a plate at the breakfast buffet & once at the bottom of an acai bowl we ordered from the restaurant.
2) Room was not cleaned properly - stains leftover from previous lodger in room and toilet. Tissue box was empty by our second day, but not...

"The staff are amazing! Beautiful and obliging for any request.
They were very helpful to arrange room change as our room was up a hill and many steps. The photos of resort showed it to flat. So I had booked this as I have had recent surgery on my knee. I thought this place was perfect.
To go to breakfast and meals everyday it was a climb up many stairs. Room service was available so it all worked out well.
The villa we booked was private with own garden and pool and a flat walk to the beach...

"Adi is excellent , very professional, helpful , kind and patient. The staff were also very polite , friendly and give service . The hotel is beautiful in a relaxing Jungle , you feel as if are living in our own house all secluded and in a magical spot . Best place to relax unwind and enjoy the spirit and beauty of Bali.
