"Great location with uninterrupted views of the ocean and direct beach pickup for the dolphin tours. Awesome spot to see the sunset. We were a party of 5 staying in 4 rooms. I had to move room as the a/c was not working properly nor was the wifi. I got upgraded to a suite which was nice however the 3 remaining rooms were without a fridge in the room, so no option to keep drinks cold. Staff lovely and responsive. Good food from the restaurant which was well priced. You need to drive a couple of km...
"We tried not to nitpick as hotel is new. But by the end of our 4 nights stay, we were really disappointed. This is not an establishment living up to Accor standard.
Just some of the things that did not go down well:
1) We found hair twice - once on a plate at the breakfast buffet & once at the bottom of an acai bowl we ordered from the restaurant.
2) Room was not cleaned properly - stains leftover from previous lodger in room and toilet. Tissue box was empty by our second day, but not...
"Adi is excellent , very professional, helpful , kind and patient. The staff were also very polite , friendly and give service . The hotel is beautiful in a relaxing Jungle , you feel as if are living in our own house all secluded and in a magical spot . Best place to relax unwind and enjoy the spirit and beauty of Bali. We will come back and recommend to others."
"Un appart situé au bord de la mer, avec une belle petite piscine, le personnel était très gentille et accueillant, l’appart était très grand, salle de bain avec une baignoire, tout était parfait"
"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was super clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were super super friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Want to experience dolphin watching? This is the place! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again!"
"Beautiful property the pools are great and Right on the beach. The only issue I had is the AC was not working in one of the rooms but everything else was excellent."
"This was our best hotel experience in Bali. The view from the cabin is unbeatable looking into the smoky mountainous rainforest. We also got a free upgrade to à suite. That was awesome. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room comes with tons of perks like free laundry, free souvenirs, afternoon tea, and guided trek through local plantations. The restaurant food was also fantastic. I would highly recommend."
"Un séjour absolument exceptionnel du début à la fin ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été conquis par un accueil des plus chaleureux et un personnel incroyablement sympathique, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. La chambre était un véritable havre de paix : d'une propreté irréprochable, très confortable et décorée avec énormément de goût. Le point d'orgue de cette expérience reste sans aucun doute le restaurant, qui offre une vue tout simplement magnifique pour accompagner le repas. Une...
"Gardens and pool were beautifully kept.
Staff always friendly and attentive.
The suite we had was very roomy and comfortable.
Bed pillows were very hard we had difficulty sleeping.
Beach towels were showing wear as they were fraying around edges. Ants in the food areas as well as on the carpet in rooms, needs to be fumigated.
Good property overall"
