"Ants found in room. Breakfast was ok. Make your own espresso. Also note that the hotel is down a steep slope. That you will need to use every time you leave the hotel. They will bring your luggage down when you arrive by calling the hotel. Taxi will come directly to the hotel but road narrow."
"Loved this location, it’s just outside of the busy area so it remains relatively quiet but it’s a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The pool is great with amazing views and the restaurant for dinner was exceptional. On top of that the staff made our experience even better, when we arrived we had some issues with the room but they did everything they could to make it better and went above and beyond for the rest of our stay. Lastly, the breakfast was something we looked forward to...
"Perfect location. The views are amazing and we love the restaurant outside with the perfect view. The hotel itself is very nice. Only thing is the shower floors are super slippery. I have never had an issue before with a shower floor being this slippery. I almost fell several times. They really need to come up with solution for this before somebody really gets hurt."
"The hotel and the rooms were clean. Towels were very thin and shower was impossible to wash your hair. Very tight space.
Good location, easy to walk into town.
Breakfast was decent.
Nice to have a balcony with a view of mont etna."
"If you are traveling from the us you need to remember it's not a US hotel. The hotel was only a easy 5 minute walk from the train station. Plenty of great restaurants that are walking distance. Most of the sites my wife wanted to visit were a 20 min or less walk. Breakfast was good the rooms were clean with a nice bathroom with a great shower. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
"Hotel buono, buona colazione, buon rapporto qualità/ prezzo.
"The location and view are really the only positives we can give this hotel.
Unfortunately, the staff were consistently unhelpful and no one seemed particularly interested in creating a welcoming environment for guests. The pool “bar” was especially disappointing. Half of the items we tried to order from the menu were unavailable, and despite advertising a happy hour at the pool, the bar would close in the early evening.
The rooms were also disappointing. The bed and pillows were extremely...
"The property is good with its location, yet the aircon didnt work at all. We tried informing the front desk agent that no action was taken. Overall, it was ok stay for us"
