"Room was absolutely stunning, we had the presidential suite and it was so clean and beautiful views and the staff was so friendly and helpful with taxis or anything we needed! The roof top restaurant was amazing and view was beautiful, the only thing was the other authentic Italian restaurant in the hotel was not good food or service wise at all but still a 5/5 hotel"
"Overall great experience. Friendly staff who was very accommodating. We choose the breakfast option which was great but, it wasn't open until 7 am. Wish it was 6 am as we had excursions booked and only ate there twice. We were there during a heat wave and air conditioning could only be at 24 degrees which was ok at night but still warm during the day."

"Had issues with the room, AC wasn’t working in the room, the shower water pressure was very bad, toilet was not flushing properly, shower door wasn’t properly working and finally noticed that the room wasn’t cleaned properly before it was given to us to occupy."
"L hotel si sviluppa in 2 parti, la prima in un palazzo storico molto ben tenuto con vista spettacolare la seconda in in altro palazzo storico di fronte al primo. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite con la possibilità dell uso della cucina. Molto scenografica la piscina in un bel giardino con vista"
