"The room was clean, and the facilities and amenities were excellent, It’s a bit difficult to find chalet in night night. The stairs are a bit steep so not recommended for group who has a physical disability. Other than that, we enjoyed staying in Blue River Chalet! Thank you"

Although the temperature was so low, I guess it’s below zero, we were so excited to staring at the stars thanks to the hot spring. Needless to say the room is comfortable; warm, clean and enought space and amenities to...

"The condition of the cabin is super and as described. It is super clean and have all kitchen amenities available, probably more than my own kitchen. The check in process was smooth. The host was super fast in responding to email, usually an hour. We left behind a stuffed toy and they will help us ship to our hotel in Tokyo. Excellent service, highly recommended. Will probably stay in the same place next time to Hakuba."

"House was great, clean and warm. Close to everything. Certainly would go back to Eagle House again "
