"The hotel has a modern lodge feel and the staff were so kind and helpful. The PeakFine restaurant was simply delicious and the staff were so attentive. We had the panoramic family room with an amazing view of the Matterhorn! This was the highlight of our trip to Switzerland. I definitely highly recommend this hotel and would come back in the future."

Breakfast was well prepared, selection satisfying, staff attentive and professional (best breakfast in our 11-day Switzerland travels). Our room and hotel facilities were immaculate. "We booked into a sister property & got no notice that we were moved to this one. It was fine, but we would have liked a heads up. Also, I received an email confirming that I would have a bathtub (medical reason). We were were put in a room without one & had to move. There were only 6 rooms occupied in the hotel when we were there in April, so the breakfast was very scarce compared to what they described as their usual spread. This is a small family owned property. It is well maintained & the staff were friendly & helpful. They will pick you up at the train station if you make arrangements with them in advance."
