"We had a suite which was large, gorgeous, historic and well maintained. One minor problem: all the suites, all on the 1st floor, had no A/C (per city ordinance, we were told). Helpful, friendly staff."

A few suggestions for additions to the kitchen area though.
A cloth for drying dishes.
A chopping board.
Degreasing spray for the cooker as I fried some beef steaks, oil splashed about."
"Hotel is on the central Square and very convenient for all sightseeing in the area. Building is beautiful and very old therefore not noise insulated and no aircon.
Staff are helpful. Our shower was cold and had no pressure on the second morning so they did not charge us for car parking."

"Important: This is not a traditional hotel with a staffed reception desk. Check-in takes place at a nearby property. If you expect to arrive after 7:00 PM, make sure to contact the property beforehand to obtain your access code. Once you have the code, you can enter the building at any time, even late at night.
I learned this the hard way because I did not check my emails before arriving. Fortunately, I called the property, and the staff provided the code over the phone immediately, so...
"These apartments were amazing. They were clean. Very nicely designed, had everything you needed. Parking says it is included but it was not but they have private garages for your vehicle. Because the area is restricted driving. No cars around the area unless it is permitted. It would be nice if the hotel had a golf cart or something to help with luggage as parking is far away. But other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel apartments."
"Everything you need, loads of activities to keep the entire family busy. Swimming pool, amazing nature, hikes, mountain biking. Apartments have everything you need and a sauna. Value for price indeed. We loved it and will be back. Only miscommunication we had was on late check out but we resolved it."
