"Top notch stay! Staff was fantastic and very friendly and helpful even though we aren’t fluent in Spanish. Rooms were clean and modern feeling, very tasteful. The shower was great as well. Breakfast was the star of the show with an assortment of meats, cheeses, breads, fruits, yogurt, etc. The setting is magical and the surrounding town is really cool, too. Lots of places to hike around and explore. Really haven’t ever had another experience like this! "

"El hotel está en una zona muy tranquila e ideal para descansar, la experiencia wine not nos encantó. La habitación que nos tocó era muy pequeña, sin armario y sin ventana en el baño, no valía el precio de las habitaciones, la segunda noche nos cambiaron de habitación y estaba mucho mejor. El restaurante es muy bonito y comimos muy bien. En general muy bien todo aunque podrían tenerlo mejor cuidado "

"When we arrived for our stay, they had no record of the booking, and informed us there was no hot water. Used bathroom facilities whilst there- filthy with dead flies everywhere and no paper. Swimming pool a shade of green. Subsequent investigation on line suggests this hotel is a disaster area, and possibly in deep financial trouble with “rooms embargoed and gas cut off” for non-payment if taxes/bills. That would explain the lack of hot water! Pity, as it looks lovely and a great...

"Il personale è molto gentile e cordiale. Anche il personale addetto alle pulizie è discreto e gentile. Sono stati giorni molto belli. Forse i comfort erano un po' cari ma il costo del soggiorno ritengo sia accessibile a tutti. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda. è nel centro città a due minuti dalla via principale e dal servizio autobus e taxi."
