"Clean room staff very friendly"

"Great place to stay, the staff are wonderful"

"The Hotel and Room were very nice and the breakfast and dinner were excellent. The downside was that the adjacent pool and spa area was a public swimming pool and not only for hotel guests. The pool and spa area was completely overcrowded. There was absolutely no serenity or relaxation. Every area was packed with people. Very disappointing!"

"Very good and great location"

"Very clean and near of the principal activities all by walking from the hotel"

"great hotel"

"Perfect location Riom was really comfortable and functional and the staff was really helpful..."

"It was close to a lot of stuff nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful"

"Clean room with a balcony. Air-conditioner works fine."

"The hotel is very well equipped and the staff were courteous and helpful. My personal criticism is the rooms are poorly soundproofed and having the Gym on the top floor is not the best option. I could hear every dropped dumbbell. Such a shame as the location is great."
