"Very nice hotel. The location is perfect. Amazing Lagoon.
Service and food were very good.
The only downside is that mattresses need to be updated.
Besides that everything wonderful"
"A great place for a family holiday with all you need. Restaurant was top notch for breakfast with something for everyone.
Beachside room was basic for the price but quiet most of the time. Beach next door was a better option for us as a busy time of year in August and hotel beachfront very busy with families.
Enjoyed the cocktail hour and nibbles.
Bus comes into the entrance of hotel every 30 minutes, which is great and no car needed but $5 for each trip so for a family car hire may be more...
"Staff were really excellent, friendly, helpful. Nothing was too much much trouble for them.
Breakfast was a very good variety and fresh. Bar provided a variety wines, beers and cocktails and there was Happy hour. Bar staff were excellent especially Aquila.
Cleanliness of room was fine but the louvres in the bedroom and bottom of fly screen were mouldy."
"Staff were very friendly. The property was always clean and tidy. Fantastic to have a room freshen every few days.
Bar service earlier than 4 pm for the guests would be great, especially when they are lounging around the pool
Parking was an issue due to the building works. Workers or visitors to the bar took the few spots available, leaving guests to park down the road."
"3 bedroom pool villa was great for our family. We had 6 in this villa and 2 others in a pool villa having our own private pool was good send with the kids. Ana the host was also great. She was checking in with us everyday to see if we needed anything or help booking activities or restaurants or needing new towels etc.
It was nice having a full kitchen and BBQ to cook on and eat if we wanted but we were still close enough to other options in muri, plus the pacific rersort facilities to use them...
"Excellent location’ beautiful sunsets, very clean and comfortable’ lots of things to do and made to feel very welcome thank you so much Ric . It was one of the best tropical island experiences, did not want to leave. We’re able to completely relax when we needed and have fun and enjoy the local sights and meet fabulous people!"
"Warmly greeted by Aunty who set us up well for our stay. She popped in to check all was going well. Well appointed kitchen and close to local supermarket. View was stunning"
