En effet notre fils a dû dormir assis sur leur canapé lit tellement les ressorts étaient saillants. Quant à nous le matelas avait la forme des usagers passés. Il y avait des traces de moisissure dans la salle de bain. La moquette dans les parties communes ainsi que les sièges du restaurant étaient eux aussi tâchés. "The location of the property is ideal to explore Pompeii, right at the beginning of the main road where all the restaurants and amenities can be found, however inside it was really quiet and calm, the garden was the perfect place to relax and unwind after walking around the area, not to mention the great food we enjoyed in this area when we dined in the hotel. The amenities in the room were great, the cleanliness second to none, the staff friendliness was the most outstanding fact we encounter....
"This is a wonderful hotel and its staff, particularly David and Aldo were excellent. Great amenities included the Spa and The Rooftop Bar and my room was large and luxurious.
I had a delicious steak at the Rooftop Bar and the manager there was also a fantastic member of the hotel staff."
"Property was just OK . Selection of breakfast items were disappointing. Dinner menu was minimal and the food was not good . Pretty sure I got food poisoning. I felt ill the next two days . The bed was not very comfortable.
The best thing about the hotel is the location. It is very close to the Palace, which was nice."

"L'hotel si trova vicino ad una zona ben servita. In 10/15 minuti si arriva alla stazione ferroviaria e alla reggia , a piedi. Nella via parallela ci sono diversi locali di ristorazione. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Per la colazione, per evitare sprechi , si è segnato alla sera prima quali tipologie di cibo si desiderano. Poi comunque nella sala sono adisposizione frutta, cereali, marmellate. La camera è spaziosa , mobilio nuovo, frigor, tv aria condizionata, balconcino. Bagno...
