"Das Zimmer ist gut gewesen. Leider war das Personal im gastronomischen Bereich bei voller Auslastung des Hotels überfordert. Die aufkommende Hektik übertrug sich auf die Einnahme der Speisen. Am letzten Abend musten wir bei gebuchter Halbpension über eine STunde auf das Essen warten, das dann auch nicht entsprechend der BEstellung serviert wurde, da nicht mehr alle Speisen vorrätig waren. Beim Dessert sollte im Sommer das auf der Karte stehende Eis nicht alle sein."

"We enjoyed an incredible location overlooking Lake Garda. The breakfast area overlooks the lake and includes a great variety of options, and we were steps away from amazing hiking, swimming, shopping, and dining."
"The location was great - right on the water and close to the castle, shops and boat docks. It was over 100 degrees when we visited and the air conditioning in the room helped but couldn’t keep up with the heat. The room was comfortable but a little old and dusty. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
"Poolbereich war super. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück, es war für alle etwas dabei.
Wünschenswert wäre, dass an der Pool Bar mehr Auswahl zum Essen geben würde.

"Camera spaziosa e pulita. Un po datata negli arredi. L’aria condizionata era molto rumorosa tant’è che abbiamo preferito spegnerla.la colazione buona ricca di dolci. Poco salato. Mancano le verdure. Il personale che assiste la colazione un po sbrigativo. Mi è capitato di chiedere un chiarimento ma la risposta non è stata molto cordiale. Anzi un po tranchant. La reception invece molto cordiale. Il ceckin è stato veloce e cordiale. Anche il ceckout. Migliorabile sicuramente ."
