"My stay at Novotel was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, Rejoice and the front desk team made me feel welcome and ensured everything about my stay went smoothly. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made a big difference throughout my visit.
The room manager was also outstanding always prompt in answering any questions and quick to assist whenever needed. A special thank you as well to Mr Samuel and Tony for always keeping my room fresh, clean, and smelling wonderful...

"I waa almost denied accommodation with an unusual excuse that they are repairing the room i was suppose to be in. The receptionist Chigozie wanted to find an alternative hotel for me. I have to stand and argue with him for about an hour before all of a sudden, there was a room for me. I think I got a lower room than i paid for!"

"This is the most lifeless place I have ever lodged in my life and for that reason i had to fortfeit one day and left the place for another hotel. Stayed only one day instead of two days I paid for.
