"Clean room. Rustic setting with beautiful surroundings. Great water pressure in the hotel portion. Staff responded promptly to WhatsApp messages. Not too far (30 minutes drive) from the town of Pucon. I would have liked to have had access to a kettle to make my own coffee and tea in my hotel room (they had these in the cabins) and an iron to press my own clothing as this was a wedding event. I did use the hotel laundry services to re: press my suit and shirt and they did a great job for $10....

"En general las instalaciones son agradables con olor a madera que genera un ambiente cálido. La calefacción central excelente, el servicio de restaurante es bueno considerando para los desayunos ampliar la variedad. El precio respecto de los servicios recibidos es bastante elevado si se compara con otros hoteles ,5 estrellas los cuales ofrecen por ejemplo : sauna, jacuzzi, spa. Respecto al personal todos muy atentos "

"The service level at this hotel is terrible. Don’t be deceived with the beautiful surrounding forests and the well marketed architecture. There is almost no service. The staff is like floating clueless ghosts and everywhere in the hotel is freezing. The food is also terrible. Nawelpi is certainly not a 5 star hotel. I’d like to meet the person who gave 5 stars to this hotel. At best it’s 3 stars. The indifferent attitude of the staff is unforgivable. In the room, almost nothing works. "

"El check-in fue desagradable por el exceso de parte de la recepcionista. Nos ofrece que nos haría un upgrade, sin embargo nada de eso ocurrió o sea, mintió. No era amable, más bien agotadora y tediosa. Entrega poca información y posterior a ello envía un WhatsApp impertinente con información que no entrega en recepción con su foto... aburridora francamente. Sobre lo demás, sin inconvenientes, es un hotel sencillo y bien cuidado."
