"It just an okay stay. Our expectations were much higher after our similar or cheaper rate stays in Chiang Mai Hongkhao Village and Mora Boutique in Chiang Rai. The View as a hotel is beautifully designed but not maintained to standards. Staff is not trained to take care of customers. The view from the roof top restaurant bar and restaurant is amazing but you cant relay only on that to win continued business. Service is subpar and food just okay. The last thing that was super disappointing was...

"The property is beautiful. No detail is too small, from the plants to the food. The staff are friendly and there to make sure every detail of your visit is memorable. The breakfast featured some of the best homemade food from breads to juices and curries."

"Beautiful resort in the middle of many elephant sanctuaries. We had a great pool villa. The pool is huge but they are not maintaining and cleaning the pool by the villas appropriately. There is not enough water in the pool by the villas. The upper pool is good. Location great for seeing elephants. The bikes were great to use. The lady working the front desk was always so helpful. We were charged for getting a bucket of ice. For being a 5 star resort … thus surprised us."

"Fantastic quality and service"

"One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. "

"Lovely spot in the countryside, the owners and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We met several guests who visit regularly, and I can see why they keep coming back given Pete and Ying's hospitality."

"The location is very convenient. But the breakfast is not worth the price and the staff is not very responsive to customer requests."

"The room was clean, however there were a lot of termites flying around at night."

"Excellent room - fantastic stay. I will absolutely stay here again. Peaceful, beautiful, comfortable, and friendly. Everything was great! "

"Great service"

"Big clean room, huge bathroom, comfortable bed, nice balcony, good breakfast. I will be back."
