"Great stay! Room was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful! Location was great, with many dining and shopping options all around. Metro, train, and bus stop locations were only a short walk. Would recommend this hotel!"

rooftop bar was only open one night but this was due to bad weather but it was a great spot for drinks and light bites if needed with reasonable prices.
Disappointed that breakfast did not include a decent cup of coffee without charge.
Also had insufficient toasting machine for the numbers of people eating breakfast.
In room tea and coffee options pretty much non existent. Two coffee bags provided but no creamer or sugar unless you asked at reception.

"A great hotel in every imaginable aspect. Location is great. Rooms are spacious and well kept and cleaned. Amenities include private and a public onsen, a fitness facility, and a laundry facilitiy that uses Suica card.
Staff is friendly and supportive. Dinner was extraordinary."
"We loved our stay at the Cross Hotel in Kyoto. Everything about it was perfect: location, food, hotel space. I had contacted the hotel in advance of our stay with questions and received quick responses. During our stay, we rented bikes and the hotel helped us keep these safe overnight. We still think about the daily breakfast, as no other hotels in hotel matched the variety and quality they offered. We can’t wait to go back!"
"I stayed at the same hotel 2 years ago and also stayed at blossom hotel couple years ago. Experience was a lot better back then. Staff was not helpful and polite anymore especially the young guy with glasses doesn’t offer much help only giggle and give you fake smile. Also when I was taking my small luggage out to my car, he did not greet me but gave me a sense that I did not pay or what. He did not even say ohayo but chased me to the door and asked me for check out when it’s like 7ish in...
