"The clean room and clean premises was excellent. Laundry was also good and had an alert on the tv. Love that they have detailed recommedations and how to get there on the tv. For tourists there may be an adjustment to the shower/bath style...be careful stepping into bath as there is a slight level change. At all hotels I stayed in Japan, lotion is not offered as an ammenity. Keio has an onsen with lotion and other ammentities...including slippers, pajamas, q-tips, etc. Water to refill your...
