"Beautiful hotel in great location just off the main square. We had a superior room which was spacious and well appointed. Staff extremely helpful and attentive, room and facilities spotless. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as there are so many cafes nearby. Good value considering the standard of the hotel."
"Excellent stay here. They were so helpful despite not having a lift to carry our suitcases for us. The room was very beautiful and spacious; old world style and they had chocolates at checkin and cookies at check out!"
"So I dont often write reviews, but this hotel blew me away for its price and quality.
The lobby was built nice and smelled nice too with lots of antiques, the terrace on the side of the building was also really nicely built and facing a park/field.
It wasnt soo expensive but for the price I payed I got an excellent small yet simple room that smelled fresh and tidy with a nice bathroom.
There is a decent sized parking lot behind the building, and a cover parking that you have to pay for.

We had constant issues with our pass locking us out the room. We had a baby so this was very inconvenient but the reception desk did not apologise despite our being upset.
The breakfast is excellent and the...
"Breakfast was excellent! Advertising parking but only having four spaces and telling me after I had booked? So no parking , And room four was small and had many mosquitoes who had a field day biting myself and my wife which really spoiled our stay."
"An absolutely charming hotel in the heart of Bruges! Beautiful rooms, a fantastic breakfast, and thoughtful touches throughout, from their signature candles and soaps to the cozy, intimate bar (definitely try the Vesper Swan!).
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional hospitality. One morning, we slept through breakfast, and a staff member actually called our room 15 minutes after it ended, concerned that we had missed it. I’ve never experienced that level of genuine care at...
