"Hotel was a little bit tired, especially the swimming pool. Our apartment was comfortable and a good base for a couple of nights. The staff in the Information Centre in Lakes Entrance were superb and booked us onto an Eco Cruise, which ran for 3 hours + and came complete with a scone and strawberry cream freshly baked on the ship.
