"Hotel was located in center of town with an easy stroll to high street where you can shop, eat and drink.
Hotel comes with spa and pool (not heated)
Room is nicely fitted with luxury feel. Good bedding and quiet. Bathroom is modern with power shower. Perfect for a rest and rejuvenate ahead of your adventures around atacama desert !"
"Place well located ,a jumbo store underneath witch it help a lot, lots of food stores next to to it like Kentucky fried chicken, pizza
,ice cream etc love it.5 minutes to the ocean"
"The staff was fabulous. They made my stay a 5-star experience. The property was exceptionally clean. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and included made to order items.
I had the bad luck of going to San Pedro during one of the few times in which there were cloudy skies and rain. I was quite disappointed. Stargazing was the primary purpose of my trip. The staff was very helpful and suggested other activities for me. They showed genuine concern about making my trip...
"It was a nice experience, this is a good hotel, well located. Nice indoor pool. Good restaurant and excellent breakfast. However, it is hard to classify it as a 5 stars hotel. There are many small details that should be fixed: dirty chairs and table on the terrace, no bathrobe in the room (available at the pool, but looking quite old), scratches everywhere, broken safe box, only 3 hangers etc. Our 7th floor terrace had a direct look over two empty (looking like abandoned) outdoor pools."
"Great place to stay if you are visiting Atacama. Very centrally located. The hotel is great with individual cottages for your room. Staff is excellent. Most tours will pick you up from this hotel or the tour company maybe a short walk. The staff is very responsive to WhatsApp messages and we never had any issues. We really enjoyed our stay here and I highly recommend it."
"Problème de bruit suite soirée dehors avec des enfants jusqu’à minuit - Cris au-dessus des chambres sans intervention ni des parents ni du personnel. Inacceptable "
"Location was amazing. I was originally worried that it would be noisy because it’s so central, but it was quiet. The staff were AMAZING! I chatted with Christian a lot which made me change up our itinerary a little bit and it was definitely for the best. The pool was bit too cold for me since we went in May (felt like a cold plunge the one time I went), but it was still nice to lay out. Absolutely recommend this location."
"Loved my stay here. Giuliana was great on check-in and on several issues. Sharon and Jennifer super helpful. Loved the room. The only thing is be sure and check inventory as my 2nd room had missing items than I had to wait over 4 hours.
Great cleanliness, breakfast, wifi mostly (my 2nd room did not have good video), very comfy."
