"Check in staff wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly.
Lovely large room with views over the river, clean, quiet and comfortable.
Good and safe location and easy walking to the bridge and all locations from there, although be prepared for hills!
Well stocked buffet breakfast"
"Our first room had a problem with the air conditioning (it was very hot out!) but the staff quickly changed our room and gave us an upgrade as well as a complimentary breakfast. We very much appreciated this. They were eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay."
"This hotel is in a great location right above the river near major sights. However, it’s in several buildings and it’s nearly impossible to navigate. We had to take two elevators and a ramp to our room. Lots of people were wandering around trying to get to and from breakfast. Signage is terrible . Lovely hotel but we were happy to leave after two nights."
"Amazing location and friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast as you can ask for à la carte (hot) plate. My only complaint is that a maintenance staff entered the room without prior notification. I did check with front desk to make sure he worked there. Not cool!"
"Solo travel for 2 nights and saw Yotel as part of a good priced package. Very close to the station and some of the key attractions e.g. Balhao market / chapel of souls. Roughly 20 minutes walk to the historic centre.
The hotel overall had a good size hotel room and presentation. The room I had wasn't amongst any noise and just heard the odd conversation. The traffic from outside was kept to a minimal only when the window is closed.
The gym was a big win with good options at the breakfast...
"We appreciated the quite and the use of water kettle, coffee maker and mini fridge. Breakfast was outstanding. Something for everyone. Loved the freshly pressed orange juice and cappuccinos.Only improvement could be the watery scrambled eggs and pillows."
"Great location, clean and super friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. But the highlight, big underground parking with 24/7 security for just 15€/night."
"This is a wonderful hotel. The staff couldn't be nicer, the place is clean, the beds are comfy, the water pressure & shower are great. There's a mini fridge in the room, a kettle, mugs and real classes - no plastic. And they give you all these nice little extras - fruit and cookies when you arrive, a welcome drink, and free tea and coffee in your room. The free shuttle to the airport is an added plus."
"Chambre spacieuse et moderne avec grande TV et plein de prises pour charger les portables.
Grand lit avec matelas de bonne qualité.
Salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire."
