"We were upgraded to a suite in exchange for a 5-star review. Pros: The suite was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The view was spectacular. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect. Cons: The hotel is very noisy. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow—practically unusable. The game room was run-down. The pool was fake—just for show."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was small, but clean and comfortable."

No too many labors to support and no more guests there I would like to say thanks for Mr. Zoo because he tried to fix many disasters in the hotel and do his best to understand our needs and get our satisfaction."

"Hotel feels a bit dated. Amenities in the room are very basic. Water pressure for the shower is low. Good mountain view. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast buffet."

"Do not believe on the picture. Its taken maybe 10 years ago. Dirty yet smelly"
