"I like the hotel, and its pool and breakfast are decent with reasonable prices. The only let down (which isnt really Hotel's fault, it's more Budapest in general) is the buses dont accept card payment yet and so the easiest public transport to the hotel isnt really usable for most tourists. (Bus 15)
It will be helpful if the hotel notice guests on this or lobby government for this change. I thoroughly enjoyed a completely cash-free city break in Budapest, and hopefully next time we visited the...
"Room cleanliness acceptable , but could do with renovation in near future, staff very good, amenities also vey good
Decent choice for breakfast, meals and wine prices on par with other European city breaks (expensive)
Spa we only used one of the pools and the single jacuzzi is big enough for 6 only
Would we return, possibly however be prepared for some walking or get the Budapest Go app and use the very good public transport system , we are both in our 60’s and managed fine"
"Lovely hotel secluded on island away from city hustle and bustle. Great for relaxation. Great breakfast. Fab clean room. On check in the lady as lovely and helpful, however there onwards any reception or hotel staff were generally rude and unhelpful."
"The location is accessible to the fishermen Bastion neighborhood and walking distance from the parliament ( otherside of river), not close to restaurants and shops.
The hotel itself is okay
Our room was hot and not well ventilated
Beds were comfortable
Staffs wereikay"
"We had a lovely stay at the Adina Apartment Hotel Budapest - it was very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. It is in a great location near to the Metro and easy to find too."
"I will not be returning to this resort, nor will I be recommending it to anyone. My experience was very disappointing for the following reasons:
Poor guidance: The staff gave me wrong directions to Aquaworld, sending me outside instead of using the indoor walkway—completely impractical for guests in swimwear.
Terrible food: The dinner buffet had a very limited selection and the quality was poor. The meat was so dry and overcooked that it was almost impossible to eat.
Misleading information:...
